Late 2000 the 'seismic/geo connections' concept developed into SEISCON, a Norwegian registered company based in Oslo.
From being mainly a marketing agent of oil/geo-data & -expertise, SEISCON has expanded its services to promoting Norwegian, U.K., U.S. and East European oil/gas E&P services to many countries, with no geographical limitations.

Initiator and General Manager of SEISCON is Nils Engelstad, who has experience in oil exploration & field developments from the North Sea during employment with Mobil Exploration Norway (now ExxonMobil), and international seismic projects and marketing background from Geco-Schlumberger and Fugro-Geoteam.
